Introduction to Culinary Arts Camp
Designed for aspiring young chefs, our Introduction to Culinary Arts Camp gives campers ages 11–14 a hands-on taste of the culinary world. This engaging camp introduces foundational cooking skills while encouraging creativity, teamwork, and confidence in the kitchen.
Campers will learn essential techniques such as knife safety, measuring, basic food prep, cooking methods, and kitchen organization. Through guided instruction and interactive activities, they’ll prepare a variety of savory dishes and desserts while exploring flavor combinations, nutrition basics, and food presentation.
In a fun and supportive environment, students will work both independently and in small teams, gaining real-world culinary skills they can use at home and beyond.
